Veal Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Two slices of Spelt bread
  • 100G Veal escalope
  • 60G Red Onion Sliced
  • 150G Rustic chips

Method

-Heat oven a cook chips.

-Take the bread and heat a griddle pan, when it gets hot place bread on pan to get charded marks on one side of each bread,

-Spray pan with oil and fry off onion until how you like it

-once cooked, place Veal on until just brown on each side, return bread on same sides to pan to slightly heat. put veal between bread and serve with chips.

Not very welfare friendly, to be honest I never normaly would use veal in this way, its just a darn sight more healthier than beef steak.
