Awesome Poached Egg

best breakfast / Serves: 1 / Nutritional info: high in protein

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • bacon
  • English muffin
  • salt and pepper
  • hp sauce
  • herb de Provence
  • vinegar

Method

fry bacon until crispy add to a plate and set aside

boil water then add a little bit of vinegar to firm up the egg and stop from cracking the yolk. once the water boils add two eggs and simmer for 4 minuets. take out the eggs and put on a plate.

slice an English muffin and toast.

add the poached eggs on top of the muffin and add salt and pepper and a dash of herb de provence and a squirt of hp sauce

    Also stir the water just before you crack the egg in and it keeps everything in the centre of the pan
