Beef Stirfry

A quick stirfry, perfect for a night in



  • 2 tablespoos vegetable oil , ½ a red onion, 1 tomato cut into wedges, ½ broccoli sliced, 1 garlic clove, ½ teaspoon turmeric,, ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger,, 150g sliced beef. 1portion noodles (100g)


1. Heat the vegetable oil in a hot wok. Add the red onion and cook for 1min

2. Add the tomato, broccoli, garlic and spices cook for one more minute.

3. Add the beef and soy sauce and cook for a further minute.

4. Serve immediately.
