Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • One portion of cooked rice (best if its been cooked and cooled a few hours before you need it?)
  • one egg
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • garlic powder (optional)

Method

1. Put your rice in a wok/ frying pan make a hole in the middle

2. Crack the egg in the middle break the egg up by stirring into the rice add your seasonings

    Thanx...Nice en quick with a twist thou i do have a question. Does that mean the egg stays raw?
