Easy Meat Kebab

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Any Bell peppers
  • Red or white onion
  • Any other suitable vegetables
  • Tandoori marinade or any other suitable marinade
  • You can use any other meat such as lamb or diced steak.
  • Works with meaty fish like salmon or tuna and you can replace or leave out marinating stage as desired

Method

Cube Chicken breast and marinade in your choice of marinade or leave chicken plain if you desire.

Chop Pepper into large chunks and cut onion into one layer thick chunks, can be left out if you desire.

Alternate chicken pepper and onion on a large wooden kebab skewer and cook under a hot grill untill chicken is cooked all the way through. Can be left on untill chicken begins to burn or caramelise on the outside for added smokey bbq flavour.

Serve as is or in a toasted pitta with side salad.
