Ingredients

  • 2 SLICES WHOLEMEAL BREAD
  • FLORA OR OTHER SPREAD FOR THE TOAST
  • BROWN SAUCE
  • 3 MUSHROOMS SLICED
  • 1 POACHED EGG
  • 2 SLICES LEAN BACON GRILLED OF FRIED IN FRY LIGHT 1 CALORIE SPRAY

Method

POACH THE EGG FOR THREE MINS IN SIMMERING WATER

TOAST THE BREAD

COOK THE BACON AND MUSHROOMS UNDER A HOT GRILL, OR I LIKE TO PUT THEM ALTOGETHER IN A FRYING PAN SPRAYED WITH 1 CALORIE FRY LIGHT SPRAY FOR A FEW MINS UNTIL CRISPY

ASSEMBLE YOUR BUTTERED TOAST SPREAD WITH BROWN SAUCE AND PILE ON TOP THE MUSHROOMS BACON AND POACHED EGG. YUMMY! A HEALTHY SANDWICH AS A GOOD FILLING BREAKFAST OR A GREAT SNACK ANY TIME OF DAY

    lovely <3 except for a healthier option i substituted bacon for mattessons turkey rashers and grilled instead of fried. i cut out the egg completely because i really hate it and just had a few more mushrooms :D
