  • daal 2 naap
  • kadu 2
  • tometo 1/2 kilo mash
  • lal piyas thori si
  • lal marich 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • haldi to taste
  • white zeera 2 tbsp
  • sabet lal marich 15
  • sabet dahniya 2 tbsp
  • oil 2 cup

Method

sab se phele daal boil kar ke pisen phir ek pan main oil tometo dal kar mash kar len phir us main lal marich salt lal piyas haldi kadu dal kar boun len us ke baad pisi hui daal bi us main dal kar pakaen tab tak pakaen jab tak kadu gal na jaen phir zeera dhaniya or sabet lal marich ko tawe phir boun kar pisen or phir daal main dal de daal ke sath naan ye rice saver karen ap ki maze dar daal tayyar
