Dice the chicken breast
Add some oil to a pan and let it heat.
Grate some cheese, enough to fill 4 small pouches of pitta bread
Fry the chicken in the pan, after a few minutes when the chicken turns white - add some garlic butter if desired. Half a spoonful is enough. Add some salt and pepper for seasoning - or if you have any add some chilli or curry powder
Toast the pitta bread with some grated cheese at the bottom. Be careful not to toast it too long
When the chicken is browned, take off heat.
Start piling the chicken into the pitta bread pouches and add some more cheese on top.
If desired you can add some tomatoes inside the piita pouches or on the side.
Dip in mayo ketchup or bbq sauce for extra flavour!
