1. Butter the slices of bread and then remove the crusts.
2. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar and some cinnamon onto each of the buttered slices.
3. Stack the bread up on a plate.
4. Microwave for 90 seconds
This is like a really basic treacley/syrupy sponge which really hits the spot if you're craving something sweet after dinner and all you have is bread, butter and sugar. Much more satisfying than a boring sugar sandwich.
