Potatoes With Tuna

Easy and tasy



  • 1/2 onion
  • olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • parsley
  • water
  • 1 can of tuna
  • white wine
  • salt
  • pepper


1 chop the onion and put it in a pan with olive oil in medium heat

2 chop the green pepper and the tomato and add them to the pan

3 peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes, add to the pan

4 chop the onion and add

5 add a bit of parsley

6 add two glasses and a half of water

7 once the water evaporates add the can of tuna

8 add two tbsp of white wine

9 add salt and pepper

10 enjoy!

    I prepare as i go cause that way the ingredients get cooked enough before i add the next ingredient

    So you add onion twice, and instead of preparing everything before cooking, you prepare as you go? Got it!
