Sea Bed

Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread
  • Tomato ketchup
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce
  • Prawns/mussels

Method

Put a slice of bread in the toaster and wait till toast pops out.

Mix together some tomato ketchup and mayonnaise to make a marie rose sauce.

After toast pops, place on aplate and cover with the sauce. After, place the mussels or prawns over the sauce, then place lettuce over the shellfish.

Can be done with twice the amount for mor filling double sea bed.
