Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 250g minced beef, 1 onion, 1 carton chopped tomatoes, 1tblspn tomato puree, pinch mixed herbs, 1 red pepper, and 150g spaghetti

Method

1. Chop and fry the onion in a small amount of oil

2. Add the minced and cook until brown

3. Chop and de-seed the pepper

4. Add the chopped tomatoes, puree, pepper and herbs

5. Simmer for 20 mins

6. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until soft. Drain and serve.

    You can get bolognese sauce. Is all that instead of the packet of sauce.
