Start by boiling rice and frying bacon, once both are done cut the bacon in to small slices and mix with the mushroom (already chopped) and the rice, Once mixed stuff inside the pepper ( with the top cut off) and layer cheese (optional) on top before placing the top back on the pepper and place on a baking tray in the oven. Cook for 15 mins and then plate up and eat.
