The Best Mash In The World

An easy, healthy mashed potato.



  • 2 potatoes
  • splash of milk
  • few spread of butter
  • salt/pepper
  • handful of cheese
  • optional:
  • handful of corn/peas
  • pre-cooked chicken


1) peel & cut the potatoes into about 1inch cubes.

2 )put in a microwave safe container and cook for about 5 minutes. Test if its cooked by sticking in a knife (if soft, then cooked)

3) mash up with fork and add butter. Mix and add milk.

4) mix in cheese and corn & chicken (if using).

5) microwave for another minute.

6) serve with salt.
