1) peel & cut the potatoes into about 1inch cubes.
2 )put in a microwave safe container and cook for about 5 minutes. Test if its cooked by sticking in a knife (if soft, then cooked)
3) mash up with fork and add butter. Mix and add milk.
4) mix in cheese and corn & chicken (if using).
5) microwave for another minute.
6) serve with salt.
Bolognese my mum's way. this recipe may take a while but trust me it is well worth it in the end.

Enough for 4 people per bowl, difficulty easy, 3 steps!
