Chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms. Step 2: 2. Heat the pan on high and then cook the onion for 1 minute. Add the garlic and the mushrooms cook until the mushrooms are soft. Step 3: 3. Add the tomatoes and spinach. Stir it all together. Step 4: 4. Stir in the creme fraiche and cheese. Step 5: 5.
