Step 1:

  • 1. Chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Heat the pan on high and then cook the onion for 1 minute. Add the garlic and the mushrooms cook until the mushrooms are soft.

  • 3. Add the tomatoes and spinach. Stir it all together.

  • 4. Stir in the creme fraiche and cheese.

  • 5. Serve on toast
