  • cut the escalope in small pieces, season generously with salt, cinnamon, coriander, red chili, and lemon juice.

  • put some frying oil in a pan and fry your chicken.

  • wash and peel the cucumber lightly, dice it in a bowl. Slice the onion and add it to the cucumber. Season with oil and lemon juice. Put some dried mint leaves in your hand and rub you palms together over the salad to turn it into powder. Mix your salad well and add the mayonnaise, olives, and corn.

  • -the sandwich!

  • take your bread, cut it in half (you might want to let a little bit uncut at the back), put mayonnaise (or ketchup if you want), put the salad and the chicken. Heat you sandiwich a bit if you wish, and enjoy with fries and a coke 🙂
