1) Whisk / beat the whipping cream until soft peaks.

2) Add condensed milk according and give it a good mix using spatula.
* 3) Add a few drops of vanilla essence or pureed fresh fruits according to your liking!
** i personally love to add some diced fruits into my ice cream batter to give more of that mmmpph!
*** I would recommend to start off by adding the condensed milk 1 tbsp at a time to be able to adjust sweetness according to your fruits choice and your tastebuds
4) pour batter into a container and freeze overnight!
