2 Minute Berry Muffins

Simple and easy...taste great! and healthy too!

Ingredients

  • Oats (4 tablespoons)
  • 1 egg
  • sugar to preferred taste
  • some blueberries
  • you can also substitute the egg for some milk and a bit of baking powder or soda bicarb. Don't know if it'll work but its worth a try <3

Method

1. Put the oats into a mug

2. Crack the egg and add the it to the oats

3. Add the sugar

4. Add the blueberries

5. Microwave for 1-2 mins

6. You can now either flip the mug over and have it on a plate/in a bowl or you can enjoy it straight from the mug
