Aaamazing Cheese Cake

Super easy and cheap as chips cheese cake



  • 6oz digestive biscuits
  • 8oz phillidalphia
  • 1/2 pint double cream
  • 2oz butter
  • 8oz icing sugar
  • Simples!!!!!!


1) Melt butter

2) crush biscuits

3) mix together

4) add mixture to a 8cm round tin

5) press down extremely hard.

6) mix philli- and icing sugar

7) whip cream to thick consistency so it doesn't fall of whisk

8) fold cream and philli- mixture together

9) put mixture on top of biscuit (try to get it level)

10) place in fridge for 4 hours best left over night x

    I absolutely love this recipe and i recommend this to anyone!!! It is really easy but the only thing i would say is use more butter than in the recipe as it sticks better. All my family love it when i make it and it is also simple so that anyone could make it.
