Amazing Fudge

Published by Jenny

The most delicious thing you'll ever eat. Quick and easy too!

  • 500g Chocolate - Can be very cheap i.e. 20p per 100g bar. Dark is also a lot tastier.
  • 1 small tin of Carnation condensed milk.
  • 50g Marg
  • 75g Cocoa

Melt the margarine in a pan. Add the chocolate (in squares) and stir it all so it's all nice and melted. Add the condensed milk. Then stir in the cocoa.

Stir it all up nice and lovely. Probably keep it on low heat so it doesn't burn.

Grease and add baking paper to an oven tray. Then pour the yummy mix into the tray, level it all out and refriderate. It should take about an hour or so to completely cool. Cut into squares and eat! And enjoy the heavenly yummyness.

Just a standard A4 sized baking tray that is pretty shallow.
And nice suggestion with the white chocolate and pistachios!
Yes it is very sweet and sickly and rich - but there can be a lot of things to take the sweetness away - this is not disgusting!

I made this and thought it came out really well
not really fudge though, more of a chocolate fudge cake that's really easy and quick to prepare
yummy served in slices with fruit or something to take the edge off
