Caramelised Nectarines

Nobody can resist this dessert its fabulous!



  • Punnet of Nectarines (soft)
  • Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Ice-cream to serve


Half the nectarines and place them faceing up in a dish

Place a knob of butter in each half and load on a spoon of sugar

Bake for 20minutes ona bout 200oc

Serve hot with icecream
