Yummy and Neat!



  • Dish/Cake Tin/Foil Plate
  • 150g Digestive Biscuits
  • 75g Margarine
  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 150ml Double Cream
  • 50g Caster Sugar
  • 2 tblsp Lemon Juice
  • Fruit To Decorate


1. Melt Margarine

2. Crush Biscuits

3. Mix Them In The Saucepan You Melted The Butter In

4. Press The Mixture Into The Tin

5. Put Into Fridge

6. Add Cream Cheese, Caster Sugar, And Lemon Juice To Big Bowl

7. Then Wisk

8. Wisk Double Cream In Another Bowl Until It Holds Its Shape

9. Add to mixture

10. Take biscuits out from fridge

11. Put the cream mixture on top of the biscuits and smooth off with a butter knife

12. Decorate with fruit

13. Enjoy
