Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • For the balls
  • 15-20 marie biscuits
  • butter
  • 150g chocolate sauce
  • few finely chopped almonds (optional)
  • for garnishing
  • chocolate sauce
  • fresh cream
  • gems
  • (make your own toppings)

Method

1. Crush the biscuits finely

2. Mix the crushed biscuits with sauce(if adding almonds, add now)

3. Rub butter on your hands

4. Make balls of different sizes with the batter

5. Put little chocolate sauce on the plate

6. Place the balls

7. Top with some chocolate sauce

8. Put a dot of cream

9. Keep gems

10. Keep in refrigerator for 15 mins
