Chocolate Banana Pudding

Very easy and oh so delicious

Ingredients

• 115g milk chocolate
• 300ml custard
• 2 bananas

Instructions

STEP 1:

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Set aside to cool.

STEP 2:

Pour the custard in a bowl and gently fold in the melted chocolate.

STEP 3:

Peel and slice the bananas and stir these into the mixture.

STEP 4:

Chill for 30 minutes – 1 hour before serving.
