Chocolate Biscuit Cake

chocolate biscuit cake



  • 6 oz cooking chocolate
  • can of condensed milk
  • 4 oz butter
  • packet of rich tea biscuits


melt chocolate, butter in a sauce pan, add the condensed milk. when heated take the pan off the cooker and add broken up pieces of rich tea biscuits. line a cake tin with grease proof paper and pour the mixture into the tin and leave to cool in the fridge.
