1. Crush oreos finely (manually or with a food processor).
2. In a big bowl, put the marshmallows and sugar. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until the marshmallows melt.
3. Throw in the crushed oreos with the melted marshmallows and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a tin pan and chill for 30 minutes or until it is hard enough to cut. Serve.
