Date And Peanut Balls

A simple snack for those sweet cravings



  • 1 cup dates deseeded
  • 1/2 cup peanuts roasted


-coarsely grind the peanuts.

-then add the dates and grind again.

-shape it into small balls.

variations-you could use walnuts or mixed nuts instead of peanuts and dried fruits instead of dates.

-you can even add 4 small chocolate squares to the mixture and grind it a little and make balls.
