In just a matter of minutes, you’ll be indulging in warm, golden-brown pockets of goodness, oozing with velvety peanut butter and sweet, fruity jelly. I made this recipe for my family and my girlfriend using Sour Cherry Jam and Creamy Peanut Butter. Those are just two of my personal favorite fillings. I also experimented and made one with marshmallows and chocolate inside, as I was going for a smore-type flavor.

Eating one of these Air Fryer Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches is nothing short of a gastronomic delight. As you take your first bite, the aroma of warm, toasted bread and the sweet tanginess of the sour cherry jam immediately captivate your senses.

The exterior of each pocket is beautifully golden and delicately crisp. As you sink your teeth into the crunchy crust, you’re met with a burst of flavor. The rich creaminess of the peanut butter mingles with the bright, fruity notes of the sour cherry jam, creating the perfect sweet-and-sour delight.
