Delish Flapjack!

Scrumptious Flapjack!

Ingredients

  • Oats (any) 500g
  • Brown Sugar 150g
  • Syrup 150g
  • Butter 300g

Method

Pre heat your oven to 175 °C (Gas Mark 4) and line a tray in the size of your choice with grease proof paper (it's easier than greasing and it just peels off which means less washing up!).

Don't bother with a bowl as it means more washing up! Just place a large pan on your scales but make sure after you do that the weight is still at zero! Weigh out the ingredients and make sure the scales go back to Zero after each one so you know how much you are putting in! then heat it up on the hob until melted but make sure it doesn't boil, then add your oats and mix until all the oats are covered. then tip into the tray and spread them out. Shove it in the oven for 20 - 30 mins and just keep checking on it. When it comes out of the oven, immediately slice it up into squares and leave it to cool! Simple and Easy!
