1. crush digestives, add brown sugar add soften butter.
2. push mixture into bottom of cake tin until firm. put it into the fridge to set
3. double cream and philadelphia into a bowl, whisk,, add sugar and whisk until its stiff and you can make peaks with it.
4. spread it over the digestive base, leave to set.
5. cut the strawberrys how you like, and decorate
