Fantastic Fluffy Cupcakes

Deliciously creamy and tasty cupcakes / Serves: 12


  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 2 large eggs


Firstly get your butter/margarine and beat together with the suger add both your eggs to the butter and suger mix making sure the beat well after egg finally add your flour bit by bit if not as liquidity as need add a drop of milk add any other flavours for example my favourite things to add our chocolate and cherry beat well and put into even sized cupcake cases cook for about 15-20minutes depending on your oven leave to cool and decorate or eat hot for a delicious treat
