Hot Top Banana

Hot banana with nutella and ice cream

Ingredients

• A banana
• Tin foil
• Nutella
• Ice cream

Instructions

STEP 1:

– Wrap a banana fully in tin foil.

STEP 2:

– Heat the oven to about 180*.

STEP 3:

– Put the banana in for about 10-15 mins

STEP 4:

– Split the tin foil down the middle and slice the banana down the middle long ways.

STEP 5:

– The skin should be mostly browned and slide away from the banana flesh easily. The flesh inside should be piping hot.

STEP 6:

– Add Nutella and ice cream into the banana skin.

STEP 7:

(You can use honey instead of Nutella or leave out the ice cream or add chopped nuts etc – whatever floats your boat baby!)
