Lemon Icing

A quick and easy lemon icing.



  • The rind of 3 unwaxed, fresh lemons
  • 200g icing sugar
  • As much water/milk/fluid as advised on the icing sugar packet
  • 3 - 5 drops of lemon essence/flavouring


Whiz all ingredients in a blender until a thick, very, very pale yellow, speckled paste.

Store in a fridge until used.
