Mega Easy Cheesecake

So easy, so yummy

Ingredients

• 300g cream cheese (can use low fat version)
• 40g melted butter
• 30g caster sugar (or icing sugar if you have a sweet tooth)
• 8 digestive biscuits (can use low fat version)
• a 100g tub of either raspberries or blueberries
• 1 egg

Instructions

STEP 1:

1) bash biscuits in a bag with rolling pin to get fine crumbs

STEP 2:

2) mix biscuits with butter

STEP 3:

3) pat down bisuits in a shallow round or square or rectangle heatproof bowl, tightly packed

STEP 4:

4) place raspberries or blue berries on bisuit base

STEP 5:

5) mix cream cheese and sugar and whisked egg and pour over fruit

STEP 6:

6) stick in oven on gas mark 7 for 20 minutes or until slightly golden

STEP 7:

7) enjoy hot or chill and enjoy cold!
