THE METHOD OF THIS TASTY RECIPIE! 10 easy steps!
Take your muffins and tear them into reasonably large peices, then pop them in your extra bowl for later!
2. HOT WATER
Fill your microwavable pouring jug up with 100ml of water - obviously multiplying it depending on how many packets you have! - e.g 2x packets = ( NOTE - the jelly i am using in this case is made by Hartleys - please use this or follow the instructions on your own jelly, thankyou!) Then put it in the microwave for 1 minute approx! When the water is finished, take it out of the microwave.
3. JELLY CUBES!
Open your jelly cubes ( breaking them into the cubes ) and put them in the water, take your spoon and stir slowly untill dissolved. Then add 570ml (1 pint) of COLD WATER!
Drop your muffin peices carefully into the jelly.
5. COOLING DOWN
Put the mixture in the fridge and wait for it to set, in the mean time you can watch tv, play a game, etc etc!
Once the jelly has set take it out of the fridge. Now you can add your custard! Pour it ontop and smooth it other with your knife, if it doesnt look like enough add another tin!
Now pour or squirt your cream over the top! smooth over with a knife if you wish!
Add your favourite toppings and your just about done!
Use a spoon to serve out into bowls, or if your really hungry dig straight in!
