take a bowl and add brown sugar and butter,while beating keep adding the egg yolks..then add the cinnamon powder and the beaten egg white..then keeping beating till you get a very smooth creamy substance..drop in the almonds bits mix roughly..then make small heaps of this mixture on a baking pan and bake in oven for about 10 minutes...
Its a nutty and healthy breakfast....
