Pineapple Biscuit Pudding

Different and tasty

Ingredients

• Pineapple slice in syrup 1 tin ( 450gms)
• milkmaid 1 tin (400gms)
• nestle cream 2 tim (200ml each – total 400gm)
• pineapple jelly
• mari biscuit 1 pkt (300gms)
• 1 cup milk (warm)
• 3 table spoon hot water

Instructions

STEP 1:

Take a big bowl and transfer contents of the jelly into it.

STEP 2:

add 1 tbsp hot water and mix well.

STEP 3:

pour the milk maid and mix well.

STEP 4:

add cream, mix well.

STEP 5:

make the small bite sized cubes of the pineapple and add to the mix.

STEP 6:

reverse the sooyrup and add it little till the mixture becomes a creamy texture.

STEP 7:

if you want you can add a tsp of pineapple essence too.

STEP 8:

take a tray ( i use 10×10 inches)

STEP 10:

dip the mari biscuit into the warm milk.

STEP 11:

place it on the tray.

STEP 12:

like that make one layer.

STEP 13:

add the pineapple pudding.

STEP 14:

again the layer of mari biscuit.

STEP 15:

STEP 16:

same way continue, until the you finish the pineapple pudding mixture.

STEP 17:

refrigerate in the fridge overnight or 6 hours.
