Raspberry And Meringue Cream

yummy raspberries and crunchy meringue



  • 500g raspberries
  • 300ml double cream
  • 6 small meringues coarsely crushed (or make your own)


1. Chill raspberries.

2. Whip cream in bowl until soft peaks, then fold in raspberries.

3. Sprinkle meringues on top and fold gentle.

4. Enough of 3 people. Eat up mmmmmmmm
