Rocky Road Bars

Loved by everyone, Chocolate heaven x



  • 2 big bars of Caburys chocolate (or cheaper chocolate)
  • 125g Butter
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 200g Rich tea biscuits
  • 100g mini marshmallows


Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan.

Scoop 125ml (aprox) into a bowl.

Crush biscuits

Mix the cruched biscuits, and marshmallows into your main mixture (in saucepan)

Put in a dish

Pour the 125ml of mix over the top

Leave to set in fridge

Then, ENJOY!!!!
