Shortbread Biscuits

a tasty, crumbly biscuit perfect with tea



  • 100g buttter
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 150g plain flour


1. put all the ingredients into a bowl and rub together until a breadcrumb like mixture is left.

2. squeeze the mixture together again to form a big ball of dough.

3. seperate into balls the size of ping pong balls the flatten on a baking tray using the back of a fork.

4. cook for 15 - 20 minutes at 170 degrees

    These are bloody awful i am sick to death of getting bloody recipies off the internet and they are always crap! People should not be aloud to put crap on the net wastes mine and every1 elses time

    im really shocked, when i saw this recipe i thought to my self yum ! and all the comments suggested that the short bread turned out well, but when i made this a few hours ago the shortbread just crumbled, it did taste nice but i dont like serving crumbs to my family..

    4 sme reson my tasted a bit savory mabey i weighed the sugar wron,i dont know, but i dipped them in chocolate,it taskes good lol

    this is a very good recipe becasue i was lookin 4 something to do to impress my parents to show them i can cook at a young age and to prove to my sister that i can cook really well as well as her. Also to prove to my sisters that they dont need take outs to have a nice meal. I found this recipe on here and is gonna make it in a minute for my parents.
