STEP 1:

chocolate

*Place the chopped chocolate into a medium bowl. Set aside.

STEP 2:

butter
cream

*Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.

STEP 3:

*Immediately pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand for 5mins.

STEP 4:

*Stir with a whisk until smooth.

STEP 5:

*Cover and place in the refrigerator until the truffle mixture is firm.

STEP 6:

* Place your coating for the truffles on a plate.

STEP 7:

Remove the truffle mixture from the refrigerator.

STEP 8:

chocolate

*With your hands form the chocolate into bite-size balls.

STEP 9:

Immediately roll the truffle in the coating and place in a tray.

STEP 10:

*Cover and place in refrigerator until firm.
