Victoria Sponge

yummy and easy to make



  • 175g butter
  • 175g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 175g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder


lightly whisk the butter and the sugar together till soft and creamy

Mix in the egg at a steady paste and starting mixing till the egg has mixed in the mixture

add the flour and baking powder and wisk for 3 minutes

put in the oven for 25 minutes

u could add chocolate and double cream to decorate!

eat and enjoy

    Try the rasin has diamond says and use bread crumbs just try it

    Victoria tell no body. Its one of the nicest cakes but something is missing u sould try it with rasins.
