  I think you would need about 3 drops, just as Sam said. But if I were you I wouldn't do that. It's ambitious enough with the big APPLE which you usually wouldn't get in a milkshake, but now she's saying vanilla essence. NOT a good idea. She's probably not even made this recipe. I hope what I said helped!!
