Banana Energy BUZZZZ

An excellent wake up after 'the night before'



  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Milk (if you want it thicker use less milk!)
  • Natural yoghurt


1. Get the ingredients :)

2. Put them in a bowl/saucepan/something that won't leak when all the ingredients are in there!

3. Get a hand mixer (or if you have the money - a proper blender!) and mix it all together!

4. Pour in a glass and feel the energy increase =D
