Chocolate Bar Vodka

takes a while but is well worth it



  • 10 of any kind of chocolate bar you want - nothing with biscuit or similar in - if using things like fudge bars using double to make up for size
  • 750ml vodka


chop up bars & divide equally between two 750ml bottles. split the vodka between the two bottles and the seal the lids tightly. immerse bottles in a pan of hot (not boiling) water until melted. cool shaking often. strain keep in a warm place and shake every couple of days. serve straight up onto ice of with a shot of double cream
