Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Quick, easy and with a healthy surprise



  • Handful of blueberries
  • half cup of flaxseed (optional) good for the tummy
  • 1 large glass of juice (tropical or orange)
  • 1 peeled chopped banana
  • handful of strawberries
  • handful of blackberries
  • handful raspberries
  • 1 peeled and chopped kiwi
  • 1 1/2 scoops of frozen yoghurt
  • *optional, if a good kick is needed for a hangover, crush up a vitamin c tablet and throw it in!


Throw it all into a blender, zizz it up and enjoy :)
