Homemade Baileys

  • Bottle of whiskey
  • single cream
  • chocolate sauce or hot chocolate
  • vanilla extract


Pour single cream into a jug

add a few dashes of vanilla extract

whisk/blend in chocolate sauce or hot chocolate

add whiskey to desired taste.

decant into bottles.

use flavoured extract such as mint or orange for a different taste.

4 standard elmea single cream tubs make roughly 1 litre of baileys.
