1. Fill up a microwave proof mug with some milk. Leave about an inch or two space from the top.
2. Microwave the milk for 5 minutes.
3. When the hot milk comes out add your coffee and sugar.
4. Stir vigorously until the hot milk has absorbed the coffee and sugar.
By not filling the mug right to the top and leaving a gap, when you're stirring the coffee you're less likely to end up spilling it everywhere.
The result is a creamy, foamy, delicious coffee that has cost mere pennies.
