1. Heat up the liquid in a saucepan to a frothy boil
2. Bash the whole spices so they break open, but they don't need to be ground completely.
3. Tip them all in while the liquid heats up.
4. Once the liquid is boiled turn down the heat and let it boil until it reduces by half
5. When it'd nearly done pop in the teabag and infuse it to your liking
6. Once its ready tip into your mug through a sieve and add your sugar.
