Raspberry Mojito

one for showing off



  • 5 raspberries for each cocktail
  • caster or demerara sugar (sugar syrup is excellent if you can get it/make it!)
  • lemonade
  • white rum (preferably bacardi)
  • crushed ice
  • quarter of a lime for each cocktail


crush the raspberries in the bottom of a large glass with a fork until mushed up

add the crushed ice

add 1.5 measures of white rum

squeeze all the juice out of the quarter lime into the glass

add a tea spoon of sugar (or a measure of sugar syrup)

top up with lemonade

stir with a long object until all mixed (chopstick?)
